Lead Management - Providers can receive, review and manage all types of Real Estate and Relocation Leads Online at the Provider Network of Residency Guide. All these Leads are acquired at real-time and validated automatically online before transmitted to Providers. Residency Guide provides many Provider Services including Lead Management, Provider Region Management, and Lead Type Signup for FREE. Also, Provider can check out their performance and payment information online at any time of any day for FREE.

Lead Types - Service Providers can receive all types of Real Estate and Relocation Leads from Residency Guide. Currently, Residency Guide provides all types of Rental, Buyer, Moving and Storage Leads. Mortgage and Insurance Lead Types will be provided VERY SOON !!!

Lead Transmission - Leads will be transmitted online immediately after user submits the lead. Leads can be transmitted to an Email Address OR posted to an online Web Form. By default, all the Leads will be transmitted in a Free Form. Providers can define a Lead Format, and Residency Guide can transmit the Leads in a pre-defined format as defined by the Providers.

Provider Regions - Provider can get Leads from a Region based on a Zip code OR County OR Metro OR State OR Country. Multiple Regions can be selected based on Priority. Leads will be distributed to Providers based on their Region Priorities. Currently, only the Leads from anywhere in USA are available.

Lead Exclusivity - A Provider can receive Leads exclusively or non-exclusively. Non-exclusive leads will be shared by no more than 5 Providers. Exclusive Leads are more expensive than Non-exclusive leads.

Lead Counts - A Provider can set a Maximum and Minimum Limit of Leads to be received. These Limits can be Monthly Limits OR These limits can be Total Limits of Leads to be received. If the Lead Content is not Valid, that Lead can be Rejected by the Provider, and it will not be counted in the Lead Counts.

Lead Payments - All the Leads are available at the best prices on the Web. These Lead Payments must be paid as defined by the Provider Agreement. Generally, all the Leads must be paid before the Leads are received by the Providers. Please contact Business Development, for special terms of Lead Payments.

Provider Network - All Service Providers will automatically become members of Provider Network of Residency Guide. As a Provider Network Member, Residency Guide offers better cost per lead based on quantity of Leads processed by the Provider. All Leads received from Members of Affiliate Network will be processed by these Service Providers. More and more Service are offered to the Provider Network Members every month.
